  •  The school will be open from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM Monday thru Friday. Your child must be picked up by 6:00 PM. For every minute after 6:00 PM that a child remains at the center, a $1.00 per minute charge will incure. In the event that a child is left at the school past 6:16 PM, the school will try to get in touch with teh emergency contacts. If a child is left at the school past 6:30 PM and none of the emergency contacts have been reached, the proper authorities will be contacted.

  • We have two locations to serve you. They are as follows:
2478 Holland Road, Virginia Beach, Virginia
    752 Cedar Road, Chesapeake, Virginia
    Our phone number is 757-468-4800

  • Our school is closed 8 days out of the year for holidays. These holidays include: President's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas and New Years. If any of these holidays occur during the week, a full week's tuition must be paid.

  • Tuition is due Monday each week without exception. A $25.00 late fee will be charged if payment is not made on Monday. Unfortunately, we cannot make any deductions for a child's absence, including the 8 holidays observed by the school. (See contract for vacation and sick credits).

  • Incase of emergency each child must have a change of clothing left at the school. All items of clothing must be marked with the child's name on it. The school cannot be responsible for unmarked clothing.

  • Parents must bring their child into the building and see that the child is under supervision before leaving the premises.

  • A list of persons authorized to pick up your child must be left on file at the school. We reserve the right to refuse the child to all unauthorized persons.

  • Any child arriving at school with obvious signs of a communicable disease, will not be permitted to attend school that day. If a child becomes sick during the course of the day with a fever to 101.5 degrees, arrangements must be made for the child to leave school as soon as possible.

  • Each child enrolled in the school is entitled to a 1 -2 hour nap. Please supply a twin size top sheet or two small blankets for your child. Linens must be taken home every Friday, laundered and brought back Monday morning of the following week.

  • Your child will have the advantage of outdoor play in the playground for at least one hour per day, weather permitting.

  • Each child is assigned a "cubby-hole" to store their personal belongings (coat, change of clothing, blankets, etc.) We ask that the children refrain from bringing toys to school except on Fridays for Show "N" Tell.

  • The State Board of Health requires immunization documentation prior to your child's admission to the school. Each child must have a physical examination by or under the direction of a physician, prior to or within one month after admission.

  • This agreement may be changed at any time by the school to comply with governmental regulations or for any other reason.
